A documentary is being made. A camera has been taken into a small village. In this village there is a small posT office situated at the very centre. In this post office is a drug ring masquerading as an everyday post office. Instead of sending mail and letters, they send drugs and illegal substances to their various buyers. The man in charge of the post office is named Edmundo Suarez. He is a respected member of the community, and does many charitable things. He is very popular and many wonder how a man who is in charge of a post office could have acquired such wealth. Nobody asks him because they respect him and majority of the community are living off him. There is also the small problem of majority of the city being on drugs. The citizens of the village are filling his pockets, they but drugs which are everywhere from the local dealers who all work under Suarez. Suarez then gives them back a fraction of their money in the form of a philantrophic rich man just doing his bit for the community.The drug obsession in this village is why this documentary is being made. It is quite fascinating in the 21st century that such a small village could have a booming economy all off drugs. The president of the country has forsaken the village, many speculate that Suarez and him are close and that he fears if he was too interrupt Suarez' covert dealings that it would end very badly for him and would not be to the benefit of the country.

Foley sounds: birds tweeting, wind blowing, shop door opening and closing, citizens conversations, cars driving, gives it all a relatable feel Music: Calm and serene, classical(maybe?), keep the audience in secrecy
