The Conjuring; this sequence was very spooky. I was all in
black and white with spooky music. It also included photographs of people and
families involved and newspaper articles of things such as ghosts. The pictures were of the family that were possessed or disturbed by the sinister monster that was after their families. It made it look like a true story as it showed photos of real families which gives it an even more sinister tone. It was very
sinister with realistic sounds like paper flicking. The newspaper articles also give it a realistic look as it shows actual articles of the attack of these families, making it more scary. Lastly, there was houses shown in the sequence which is true to life and makes it scarier as it could happen you you. it gives a 'suspending disbelief' effect on the audience.
